You will then use that information to set your lifestyle change goals for the next 30 days. Each week you will be encouraged to share your successes at achieving your lifestyle change goals on our group Forum so that you can encourage and support each other.

Learn Lifestyle Change Secrets from Weekly Video Blasts: Each week you will have a video blasts with brief tips on healthy diet, healthy exercise and lifestyle change to start you along your path to a new, healthier lifestyle.

Daily Support and Lifestyle Change Emails: Each day you will receive a short email to keep you on track and support your lifestyle changes. This is a valuable part of your lifestyle change process, but you can choose to “opt out” if you wish.
